Setting Up iCal Sync for Your Schedule
ASM provides an iCal feed that keeps your game assignments, availability deadlines, and schedule updates synced directly to your device's calendar - automatically, in real time.
Once set up, any changes to your schedule on ASM will appear in your calendar without you lifting a finger.
How It Works
ASM generates a personal iCal URL unique to your account. When you subscribe to this URL in your calendar app, it periodically checks for updates and pulls in your latest schedule.
Your iCal feed includes:
- Game assignments - date, time, location, teams, and your role
- Availability reminders - upcoming deadlines to submit your availability
- Schedule changes - moved, cancelled, or updated games
Finding Your iCal URL
- Log in to your ASM account at app.asportsmanager.com
- Navigate to My Schedule
- Look for the iCal or Subscribe button - it will copy your personal iCal URL to your clipboard
Important: Your iCal URL is personal. Don't share it with others - it gives access to your schedule.
