Managing Your Profile
Your profile contains your personal information, contact details, and preferences. Keeping it up to date helps your group administrators communicate with you and ensures your schedule is accurate.
Accessing Your Profile
- Log in to ASM
- Click on your name or avatar in the top navigation
- Select Profile from the menu
What You Can Edit
Your profile page has several sections:
General Information
- First Name and Last Name - how you appear to others in your group
- Email Address - used for login and notifications
- Phone Number - optional, may be used by administrators to contact you
- Timezone - important for schedule accuracy, especially if you're in a different timezone than your group
Important: If you change your email address, you'll receive a confirmation email at the new address. Your login won't change until you confirm.
Password
You can change your password from the profile page:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Save changes
Group Archiving
If you're a member of multiple groups, you can archive groups you're no longer active in. Archived groups:
- Won't show up in your default group selector
- Won't send you notifications
- Can be unarchived at any time if you become active again
To archive a group, go to the Group Archiving tab on your profile page and toggle the groups you want to hide.
Tips
- Keep your timezone accurate - it affects how game times display on your schedule
- If you're in multiple groups, archiving inactive ones keeps your dashboard clean
- Your profile photo is tied to your account and visible to other members in your group
